The role of the concierge
Our role is to make every stay at La Villa Kef, your charming guesthouse in the heart of the Pont Royal golf course, a unique, seamless, and perfectly orchestrated experience.
We are involved from the initial planning stages and remain available in real time, 7 days a week, to:
- Warmly welcome guests
- Organize key handover and property tour
- Ensure the smooth running of the rental (check-in, check-out, housekeeping, linens, maintenance, etc.)
- Respond to guests' daily requests.
- Recommend the best places to eat, activities, and experiences based on individual tastes and preferences
Reservations & Logistics
- Tables at the best restaurants in the region
- Efficient handling of unforeseen events and last-minute requests
- In-house service
- Grocery shopping before your arrival or floral arrangements according to your wishes
